David Frazier

President

David Frazier, President of BBN, is a community leader and advocate in Saint Paul. As the owner of Just Imagine and FlyAzz Frenchies, David is celebrated for his commitment to service and economic empowerment. Named Salvation Army Metro's Volunteer of the Year, he brings Economic Empowerment to the forefront, supporting Black-owned businesses in building resilient futures.

Kendra Lofton

Vice President

As Vice President of BBN and founder of WRLD Class Cleaning LLC and Kendra's Clubhouse, Kendra Lofton is committed to Community Engagement. Her dedication to mentoring Black entrepreneurs has made her a valued advocate, uplifting others through guidance and inspiration in Saint Paul’s business community.

Seanne Thomas

Secretary

Seanne holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Minnesota and specializes in first-time homebuyer programs, FHA financing, and down payment assistance. At ABC Realty, she works to build vibrant communities by helping families find homes. Through BBN, she promotes Equity and Inclusivity, ensuring that everyone has a chance to thrive.

Lynette Harris

Treasurer

Lynette, BBN's Treasurer, brings her passion for community-based initiatives and sustainable practices to her role. With experience from Moms Food Shelf and as a District 5 board member, Lynette promotes Innovation and Resourcefulness, supporting financial operations that drive growth and sustainability for Black-owned businesses.

Coa Murrell

Director of Fundraising and Finance

Coa Murrell, owner of Care4All, holds a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. She oversees fundraising and finance for BBN, empowering entrepreneurs with strategic planning and resource management, embodying Economic Empowerment. Coa is dedicated to helping Black-owned businesses thrive.

Darius Dawson

Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Darius, a seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in real estate and business, brings Innovation and Resourcefulness to BBN. His focus on uplifting Black-owned businesses drives BBN’s marketing efforts, creating new growth opportunities for the community.

Terrell Smith

Director of Member Engagement and Programs

Terrell Smith, owner of Gentleman Cuts for over 30 years and featured on Small Business Revolution on Hulu, brings Community Engagement to BBN. Known for his community service and partnerships with ESNDC, Terrell empowers Black-owned businesses and fosters meaningful connections across Saint Paul’s Black business network.
