The Youth Skills Training (YST) Program encourages and supports local partnerships between schools, employers, and community organizations to provide career exposure, industry-recognized credentials, classroom instruction, and paid work experience in high-growth, in-demand fields. Grants are awarded to partnerships that demonstrate strong workforce development plans, build career pathways for students, and strengthen industry pipelines.
