The Judge has pre-read every one. It checks two things a keyword score can't: is this one thing a member can apply to (not an org homepage or a news post), and is the applicant a business (not a nonprofit or a university lab). It only recommends — you decide. Default view hides the ones it would reject; switch to “Everything” to see them. Rejecting is cheap and permanent — a rejected link never returns.
