A pay-for-performance grant for businesses that create jobs and invest capital in Minnesota. Approved businesses may receive up to $1 million (up to $2 million in some cases) after agreed job-creation and capital-investment goals are met. Awards are made on an ongoing basis through DEED with local government partnership; there is no fixed annual deadline.
