Description:
This grant helps small employers manage staffing costs when an employee has taken Paid Leave. SEAG funds can reimburse eligible costs such as hiring temporary workers, increasing hours or wages for coverage, or training staff during the leave period. Grants offer up to $3,000 per leave, with a maximum of $6,000 per employer per calendar year. Applications are submitted by requesting a SEAG application packet inside the employer’s Paid Leave administrator account, and the program runs on annual funding until exhausted.
