Stevens Square Foundation supports nonprofit organizations providing community-based services that help older adults age with dignity, stability, and independence in the Twin Cities metro area. Priority is given to programs that deliver direct services such as care coordination, caregiver support, food security, housing stability, legal support, transportation when integrated with other services, and social or emotional support. The foundation also prioritizes innovative approaches to aging services, collaboration with other community agencies, and evidence of cost-sharing or client contribution strategies when appropriate.
